Bruno Mars: ‘Uptown Funk’ Singer

The Super Bowls’ golden
anniversary is right around the corner, and
the NFL has reportedly invited a big star to
the stage to ‘curate’ the Superbowl 50
halftime show — Bruno Mars!
Bruno Mars , 29, epically performed at the Super Bowl
halftime show in 2014, and he could be making a
comeback in 2016! The Grammy-winning singer has
been offered the Super Bowl 50 halftime show spot in
Santa Clara, Calif., and 4western.com has the
EXCLUSIVE details!
Bruno was asked to “curate” the halftime show,
according to Billboard , which means we would
probably see special guests perform with him during
his set if he agrees. The “Uptown Funk” star
previously performed at the Super Bowl XLVIII
halftime show in 2014, as a guest act with the Red
Hot Chili Peppers. His performance was the most
watched halftime show ever, drawing in 115 million
viewers before Katy Perry‘s epic 2015 act drew in 121
million viewers. Given that Bruno’s success continues
to climb after Uptown Special, we can imagine this
would be one amazing performance to remember!
Britney Spears and Taylor Swift were rumored to be in
talks as the Super Bowl headliner,
and 4western has EXCLUSIVELY learned
these fabulous ladies aren’t yet out of the
question. “[Taylor] hasn’t turned it down or accepted
the offer,” an NFL insider tells
4western.com EXCLUSIVELY. “The NFL is
throwing their net far and wide and wants to see who
they can get, so Taylor is still an option. Britney is still
an option and Bruno is also an option. Nobody has
confirmed though but the league wants it set by
Thanksgiving.” If Bruno accepts, how epic would it be
to see him perform with Taylor or Britney?!
